Some things to note...
Before your appointment
• Please arrive on time for your appointment.
• If you are visiting for bracelet servicing or amulet customisation, kindly bring along the items you wish to service.
• If you are unable to attend, please inform us at least 24 hours in advance should you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment.
Service Completion & Collection
Please note that crystal bracelet services and amulet customization services may or may not be completed on the same day, depending on the complexity of the requested work, design requirements and our production schedule.
If additional time is required, the estimated completion time is typically 1–3 weeks.
Once your service has been completed, our team will contact you to arrange your preferred collection method:
• Self-Collection at our Private Gallery (by appointment), or
• Lalamove Delivery (delivery charges are to be borne by the customer).
Every bracelet and customised piece is carefully handcrafted and inspected to ensure the highest level of quality and craftsmanship.
