How long are my points valid for?
Your points will only expire after six months of inactivity in your purchases with us.
Will point changes affect my loyalty tier?
Redeeming or losing points will not impact your loyalty tier. Acrysty Club determines your tier based on the total amount spent at Acrysty.
The point system allows you to enjoy rewards. Your tier status remains unaffected by point changes.
What is the tier demotion policy?
If you have not made a purchase within three months, your loyalty tier will be demoted. However, your points will remain unchanged before and after the demotion.
